Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 29 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-29
Some links, buttons and codes on our website, in our Telegram channels and bots, in emails and in the dashboard are affiliate (referral) links. This page explains who pays us, how much, and why it matters for you. LongShort PRO is operated by Palina Keda, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (NIP 9512640397), Warsaw.
1. Who pays us
- Bybit pays us a commission of up to 50% of the trading fees paid by users who open an account through our link or code. The percentage rises as the total fees paid by the users we refer rise.
- Brokers we link to may pay us a share of the spread or commission, or a fixed amount per referred client. The broker and the type of payment are stated next to the link.
- Copy trading. If you copy our master account, the exchange may pay us a share of your profits, as shown in the exchange before you start copying.
These payments come from the providers, not from your subscription. Using our link does not increase the fees you pay.
2. Paying your subscription with Bybit commissions
If you link your Bybit UID in your account, part of the commission Bybit pays us on your trading can be credited towards your LongShort PRO subscription. To do this, we receive from Bybit the commissions generated by your UID and related account information (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Why this is a conflict of interest
We earn more when you trade more often or with larger size, or when you use the providers we link to. Automation and one-click orders increase the number of trades. This gives us an incentive that may not match your interests. We manage it as follows:
- Our signals are produced by the same rules for every user. They do not depend on which provider you use or how much you trade.
- We do not increase signal frequency or suggest higher leverage to raise commissions.
- Our statistics are calculated from published signal levels, not from affiliate revenue.
- We publish every signal, including losing and cancelled ones.
4. No endorsement
A link to a provider is not a recommendation that it is suitable for you, safe or authorised in your country. Check the provider's authorisation and terms yourself. Bybit and the brokers we link to are independent companies. We are not their agent, do not act on their behalf and cannot open accounts, accept deposits or resolve disputes for them.
5. Where offers are available
Providers decide which countries they accept. Their offers may be unavailable where you live, and providers may refuse or close accounts from restricted countries. Bybit, for example, does not open its global affiliate programme to residents of the European Economic Area, including Poland. Our affiliate offers are not intended for residents of the United States or the United Kingdom, or for persons in sanctioned countries and regions.
6. CFD brokers
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Each CFD broker publishes the percentage of its retail investor accounts that lose money when trading CFDs. We show that percentage next to every link to a CFD broker. Consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
7. How we label links
Next to affiliate links and in posts that contain them, we say so in plain words, for example: "Advertisement · Bybit affiliate link — we earn a commission".
